Is the LibertyCES spec review actually free?
Yes — there's no cost to send your process conditions and get back an engineered recommendation. The review process is the same one LibertyCES runs internally before quoting any project: read the real conditions, clarify anything missing, then recommend.
What information do I need to provide for a spec review?
Fluid/chemistry, concentration, temperature, flow rate, pressure, and your current equipment (if replacing something). The more specific the process data, the more precise the recommendation — "approximately" answers get flagged and clarified before any equipment gets recommended.
What if I don't know all my process conditions yet?
That's normal and expected — step 2 of the process is clarifying exactly what's missing before anything gets recommended. Unknowns get identified explicitly rather than guessed around, so send what you have and the gaps get closed together.
Do I talk to a salesperson or an actual engineer?
Spec reviews go through James Riggins directly or the LibertyCES team he's trained on the same process discipline — not a generic sales queue. The goal is a defensible equipment specification, not a fastest-possible quote.
